501c BizIncubator Council™ started as a 70’s pre-teens volunteerism helping small businesses, charities, and startups, then incorporated in 1980 evolving but kept operating as a Entrepreneurial Startup-to-Small Business Incubator.
This came came about in part because a step-parent was a bail-bondsman & finance officer for his Frats local chapter and put her to work at an early age.
Part of all his paper work was form preparation, report generations, creating new charity companies, tax filings, compliance filings, grants, do
donations, scholarships, social clubs, which meant banking, disclosures, and buying properties for rehabbed, which met contractors, suppliers, inventory,
With friends, colleagues & frat brothers who had business & home offices, “having the knack” met being asked to help, a lot.
Decades later that help hasn’t stopped, gaps to resources, technical assistance, or other assets either stands out or are intentionally unavailable. But who cares, empowering peers, the ignored & underserved continues regardless.

501c Biz Incubator Council™ — we help who others won’t — 501c startups & the exempt small business
501c’s are legally registered as a Non-Stock Corporation business concern, which is the State business classification. 501cs in startup mode are still small business startups.
501c’s are small businesses the SBA says are not eligible to participate in their Small Business programs. Most Fed/State Agencies exclude 501c from their small business initiatives as do most others offering them.
501c’s are startups and small businesses whose for-profit siblings and well-funded Exempt orgs won’t help but persistently exclude from their grant competitions.

Instead of fighting to be included we created our own resources & made them into a national network!
We’re using our own growing pool of charities to serve its ever-growing market of peer 501c entrepreneurs. While exempts are our target market, we still assist any new, young, startup and small biz who asks or is referred to us for our help.

Since the chaos of the 2016-Presidential Election cycle, the 501c Biz Incubator Council™ began what resulted in the slow & unintentional transformation of its volunteer & consulting portfolio of services into a growing national network of gap-filling, empowerment charities. Since the COVID lockdown of 2020, The Foundation services and other supporting charitable entities have been reorganized into three (3) specific focus areas: Equity, Recognition & Empowerment of The 501cs Business Concern, Business Continuity & Workforce Training, and Meeting our Physical & Mental Health/Well-Being Needs Insurance Refuses to Cover.
With its own broad and well-proven experience as a 47-year old business operations & engineering consultant as its own backbone, The Incubator’s volunteer-turned charitable endeavors continue to evolve and expanded into a network of Charitable and Preservation Irrevocable Trusts.

TASC Support
Our Technical Assistance Service Center (TASC) mirrors our Fiscal Sponsorship efforts minus Grant/Donation processing. That is a Fiduciary responsibility, and way Fiscal Sponsorship were established as a legal relationship to engage it.
TASC is ore appropriate when a startup to young small business don’t require sponsorship, isn’t ready for a sponsored commitment, or needs help while researching sponsorships. For the record, we are not chartered for International operations, so your entity must be established and headquartered in the US. We help with:

For example, rather than doing for our peers, we TRAIN as we assist making sure there is complete and accurate understanding of requirements and their pitfalls to help ensure the compliance aspect of business doesn’t fall short.
Early in our history we mastered the innovation of solutions to barriers no business should encounter that can be impossible for startups or small business get thru.
So we provide insights on what we’ve learned, model rethinking techniques and clarify how to apply in order to navigate occurrences in addition to crafting and documenting what we come up with, regardless of its presented.
Because our seasoned, evolving work placed us across industry as an SME & across the entire Federal Govt in Teaming Partner, Sub & CTA roles, we were uniquely positioned to see a pathway was needed & bought as many as was possible.
Research & Review Service Desk™
We started out in payroll, tax filings, compliance reporting, classification and other things confidential means we expect Exempts to require special info, or Eyes with particular knowledge specific insights/skills.
As such, we conduct special research requests. We do special confidential projects services support to our peers across all 29 classifications of exempt organizations. Its called the Research & Review Service Desk™ and its entity specific, not a generic how-to fill-in-the-blank template.
Research & Review Service Desk™ serves both side of the coin whether issuing the instrument for Award or responding to be Awarded.
We do no draft or author Solicitations of any kind in order to avoid competition among or conflicts of interest with our Peer Exempt Businesses.
Instead we maintain a Research & Review Service Desk™.
As such, our service desk functions totally different from TASC.
Research & Review Service Desk™ was established specifically to conduct pre-submission reviews/post-submission denial analysis of grant proposals, solicitation bid submissions, reinstatement, legal name change, expansion and ore.
We undertake reviews of other types of confidential instrument review including F1023/1024 redeterminations. or research for an equivalent as a confidential research request. It is fee based, which is also a one-time cost.
